Serving the Guest
To better care for our guests, our pharmacists have more assisting support than most retailers. We provide the most Technician hours per prescription volume. We don’t offer drive-through and 24-hour service so that pharmacists and their team have more time to counsel patients and respond to their questions and requests.
Leadership Development
As a pharmacist at Target, you’ll use your leadership skills to develop the Pharmacy team. You’ll also contribute to the store’s overall success by impacting retail sales. With pharmacy-related positions in corporate, training, operations and more, you have the option to pursue opportunities outside of the pharmacy.
